As the Leader, you will help continually improve the sites EHS Management Systems with the help of the supporting team members. The Leader will also ensure that the site is meeting all legal requirements related to EHS with the help of the Safety Specialist. As the Leader, you will be responsible for developing the safety department’s Masterplan to identify goals for the year that align with the sites CBN’s and monitor and track those results throughout the year.
