looking for a passionate and strategic Sales Manager to Drive and grow Essity's Healthcare business in Japan by developing customer and distributor partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sales targets aligned with the company's commercial strategy.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage and grow distributor relationships to maximize sales performance and market penetration.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical device market.\nExecute local sales plans and commercial activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.\nLead commercial negotiations with key customers and distributor partners.\nMonitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.\nPrepare sales forecasts and business plans for the Japan market.\nCollaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.\nAct as the key commercial representative for Japan and contribute to strategic business decisions.\nWho You Are\nProven sales experience in the Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or related Healthcare industry.\nStrong understanding of the Japanese healthcare market and customer landscape.\nDemonstrated experience managing distributors and commercial partners.\nComfortable working as an independent contributor with full ownership of business results.\nStrong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.\nExperience in sales planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management.\nFluent
