You will partner closely with Global Talent Acquisition Managers to coordinate interviews, support executive recruitment activities, and contribute to projects that enhance our Talent Acquisition processes and tools.\nWhat You Will Do\nCoordinate interviews across multiple senior stakeholders, locations, and time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. \nPrepare and coordinate interview logistics, including meeting invitations, virtual meeting arrangements, interview materials, and travel arrangements where required. \nMaintain accurate candidate and interview information in Workday and other recruitment systems. \nSupport Global Talent Acquisition Managers with recruitment coordination and administrative activities. \nAssist with Talent Acquisition tools, systems, and technology projects, supporting implementation activities, process optimization, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives \nEnsure data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to recruitment standards.\nParticipate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and the overall candidate experience.\nWho You Are\nYou have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. \nExperienced in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, customer service, or a similar administrative multi-customer-facing role. \nUsed to deliver a high-quality support through effective administrative coordination and stakeholder support. \nManage multiple priorities with stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail. \nData driven, with a commitment to quality and accuracy. \nSomeone who is curious, focused on proactively solving problems, and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working. \nA collaborative team player who builds relationships across functions, cultures, and geographies. \nExperience working with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency, is considered an advantage. \nFluent in written and spoken English.
