If this describes you, we’d love to connect.\nAbout the Role\nThe Transport Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating inbound and outbound transportation activities for our warehouses in Rotterdam and Dubai. Acting as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders, the role will manage day-to-day communications and escalations, while ensuring stakeholders receive regular updates on freight rates and shipment statuses.\nWhat You Will Do\nDay to day operations\nPlan inbound and outbound transport for the Rotterdam and Dubai warehouses.\nAct as the main contact for freight forwarders and carriers: bookings, shipment status and daily follow-up.\nAct as the first escalation point for transport issues, and resolve delays and service failures with forwarders.\nShare regular updates on freight rates and shipment status with stakeholders.\nCoordinate daily with the warehouses on pick-ups, loading and deliveries.\nCoordinate with Customer Service and the warehouse team on orders and replenishment.\nKeep transport master data accurate and resolve day-to-day system issues.\nManage non-conformities (process, system, carrier, master data) and follow up on corrective actions.\nContinuous improvement\nTrack transport KPIs: on-time delivery, cost per shipment and rate accuracy.\nPropose improvements to transport planning, lead times and cost.\nSupport the onboarding of new transport flows and lanes.\nWho You Are\nMust have 2-4 years experience in transport or logistics coordination.\nExperience in FMCG/ manufacturing shipper/ freight forwarder is preferred. \nMust understand basic logistics language (incoterms, freight modes).\nMust have experience in transport planning, managing forwarders, rates and escalations.\nMust have basic excel skills.\nMust be fluent in English.\nMust have TMS and WMS experience.\nMust have basic Power BI knowledge.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
