If yes, this might be the opportunity for you.\nEssity - a leading global hygiene and health company and the home of brands like Libero, TENA, Libresse, Tork, Sorbact and JOBST - is looking for a motivated, analytical and tech-savvy Treasury Specialist to join our Treasury Operations team.\nEssity Group Treasury is the central Treasury function of the Essity Group and is responsible for coordinating the Group’s financial activities globally. This includes financing, liquidity management, financial risk management, cash management and relationships with financial markets. The Treasury Operations team plays a key role in ensuring efficient and secure Treasury processes across the organization and is responsible for liquidity, payments, operative cash management, netting, internal bank activities and Treasury-related projects.\nThe position reports to the Treasury Manager Backoffice and is based at Essity’s head office in the Waterfront Building, just next to Stockholm Central Station. We believe in giving people the freedom to take ownership, contribute with ideas and continuously develop both professionally and personally.\nWatch our film about why we work at Essity: This is Essity\nAbout the role\nThis is a broad and exciting Treasury role that offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across multiple Treasury disciplines and develop a holistic understanding of how Treasury supports a global organization.\nYou will work closely with colleagues throughout Group Treasury and gain insight into everything from liquidity management and Treasury systems to financial instruments and strategic Treasury projects. The role combines operational responsibility with continuous improvement and development initiatives, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their Treasury expertise and grow within the field.\nYou will work with Treasury systems including SAP S/4HANA InHouseCash and collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, functions and levels of the organization.\nExamples of responsibilities include:\nManage Group liquidity and payments.\nBe responsible for operative cash management activities.\nManage master data in Treasury systems and SAP S/4HANA.\nHandle monthly netting processes and support internal bank activities.\nParticipate in Treasury projects and process improvement initiatives.\nSupport special Treasury procedures related to M&A activities, capital injections and divestments.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external financial counterparts.\nResolve escalated issues and contribute to improving processes, systems and ways of working.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, digitalization and smarter processes.\nWho You Are\nYou are analytical, curious and eager to learn. You have a genuine interest in Treasury, financial markets and technology and are excited by the opportunity to develop within a global Treasury function.\nYou have:\nA university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.\nRelevant experience from Treasury, banking, finance or a related analytical role.\nExperience from Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Payments or similar areas is highly beneficial.\nA good understanding of, and genuine interest in, financial markets and financial risk management.\nA strong interest in systems, data and technology.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nExperience from SAP S/4HANA, Treasury Management Systems, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate or programming is considered an advantage.\nExcellent written and spoken English.
