You will lead warehouse operations, develop high-performing teams, manage external logistics providers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations that support business objectives and customer satisfaction.\nWhat You Will Do\nEnsure a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment by promoting and leading Essity's I Care culture and safety standards.\nDevelop, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs related to safety, quality, service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and people development.\nLead daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal utilization of space, equipment, workforce, and storage capacity.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions to improve warehouse and logistics performance.\nPlan, coordinate, and execute logistics and warehouse projects that support operational excellence and business growth.\nManage relationships with third-party logistics providers and external partners, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and performance expectations.\nEnsure effective inventory allocation and storage strategies across internal and external warehouse locations.\nOptimize warehouse resources, including facilities, material handling equipment, and staffing levels.\nSupport distribution network initiatives and warehouse improvement projects to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement to improve end-to-end operational performance.\nMaintain and ensure compliance with ISO documentation and all applicable internal procedures within the area of responsibility.\nLead performance management, coaching, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development activities within the warehouse organization.\nFoster a strong safety culture focused on risk prevention, hazard identification, and continuous improvement.\nLead inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliation activities, root cause analysis, and inventory accuracy programs.\nEnsure effective management of Spare Parts Warehouses, Raw Material inventories, and production support materials to guarantee operational continuity.\nEnsure compliance with fiscal inventory requirements, regulatory standards, and internal/external audit expectations.\nLead warehouse personnel and forklift operations while promoting accountability, operational discipline, productivity, and safe working practices.\nWho You Are\nExperienced warehouse and logistics professional with a strong background in inventory management and supply chain operations.\nKnowledgeable in warehouse management, distribution processes, inventory controls, and logistics best practices.\nExperienced in leading teams and driving organizational performance within operational environments.\nSkilled in managing third-party logistics providers and external service partners.\nStrong understanding of inventory accuracy processes, cycle counting methodologies, and physical inventory execution.\nKnowledgeable in fiscal inventory requirements and regulatory compliance standards.\nPassionate about people development, coaching, and building high-performance teams.\nResults-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.\nCommitted to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer service.\nExperience and Qualification Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.\n3+ years of leadership experience managing operational teams.\nExperience managing Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Spare Parts, and Production-related inventories.\nExperience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nAdvanced knowledge of inventory control processes and
