This Position is located in Conover, NC.\nWhat You Will Do\nAccurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanning equipment, ensuring safety and timeliness.\n\nBe proficient in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to follow established procedures.\n\nReview and complete orders according to established guidelines. Retrieve merchandise from bins or shelves.\n\nRead order forms to confirm the numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.\n\nInspect inventory items for defects before preparing them for shipment. Transport materials to departments using hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, lift equipment, or conveyors.\n\nPlace merchandise in totes, shipper cartons, carts, or pallets to be processed in packing or wrapping stations before being loaded onto shipping trucks or containers.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nWho You Are\nMust be able to read, write and speak English; required for the safe and effective performance of the job.\n\nPrior warehouse forklift experience is preferred.\n\nBasic math aptitude.\n\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nAbility to perform heavy and repetitive lifting, with up to 60 pounds required.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n\nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
