About the Role

Ensure that materials maintain the required quality and quantity conditions from receipt through order fulfillment, contributing to the timely continuity of operations and ensuring compliance with the production plan.

What You Will Do

• Develop and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory levels and service levels.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and operational controls.
• Continuously improve warehouse activities while balancing cost and capacity.
• Initiate and enhance supply chain activities, supporting and implementing process improvements.
• Negotiate logistics services provided by internal and external partners and maintain ongoing communication with them.
• Prepare and monitor the logistics budget (Raw Material Warehouse) and lead projects aimed at improving supply services.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts as required.

Who You Are

• Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• Technical/Specialized Knowledge: Production processes, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Experience managing unionized personnel, WMS, PLAIN, and SAP.
• Experience: 2+ years.
