This role serves as the primary point of contact between internal departments, customers, and key stakeholders - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with ESS Metron's quality standards. Working at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and operations, the Project Manager drives accountability, manages risk, and keeps all moving parts aligned in a fast-paced production environment. This role is critical to ESS Metron's ability to deliver world-class electrical solutions to its customers reliably and efficiently. You will be responsible for leading a wide array of individuals in completing projects by a set deadline, while maintaining business objectives.
