The Quality Control Manager will develop and administer the quality management system across ESS VIII task orders.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain the project Quality Control Plan.\nConduct quality audits and inspections.\nEnsure compliance with contract specifications and technical requirements.\nVerify installation, testing, and commissioning activities.\nTrack corrective actions and nonconformance reports.\nMonitor subcontractor quality performance.\nSupport acceptance testing and turnover activities.\nMaintain quality metrics and reporting.\nParticipate in risk management reviews.\nEnsure documentation control and configuration management compliance.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nSecret Clearance\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum of 7 years of quality control experience.\nMinimum of 5 years serving as a Quality Control Manager.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified Quality Manager (CQM).\nASQ certifications.\nExperience supporting USACE construction or electronic security systems programs.\nExperience with integrated security systems and federal facilities.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nEssnova Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
