This position will ensure ESS solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements and support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLead cybersecurity integration for electronic security systems solutions.\nSupport RMF package development and maintenance.\nDevelop and implement Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance requirements.\nSupport Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authorization to Connect (ATC) processes.\nPerform cybersecurity assessments and vulnerability analysis.\nDevelop System Security Plans (SSPs) and supporting documentation.\nCoordinate with Information System Security Managers (ISSMs).\nReview network architectures and security controls.\nConduct cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation planning.\nSupport security accreditation activities during installation and modernization projects.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nSecret Clearance\nBachelor’s degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 7 years of cybersecurity engineering experience.\nExperience supporting RMF implementation within DoD environments.\nKnowledge of NIST, DoD cybersecurity policies, and STIG implementation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).\nSecurity+.\nCompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+).\nCertified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).\nExperience supporting electronic security systems within classified or controlled facilities.\nPrior USACE or DoD cybersecurity experience.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nEssnova Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
