that all projects align with the company's goals and objectives.\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProject Planning and Coordination:\nDevelop realistic budgets and timelines, providing regular project updates.\nLiaise with various departments to establish project specifications and schedules.\nMonitor project risks, escalate issues when necessary, and manage out-of-scope requests.\nLeadership and Coordination:\nDevelop forecasting bulletins (for permanent and launch materials) and verify forecast accuracy with regions and markets.\nTrack and deliver VM and retail materials, managing production schedules and warehouse deliveries.\nMonitor project budgets and production activities, communicating status updates and issues to relevant teams.\nVM Collateral Production (Indirect Procurement):\nScout and negotiate with suitable suppliers based on project requirements.\nStrong knowledge of design, assembly materials, and production techniques.\nEstablished network of suppliers, shopfitters, artisans, artists, and related partners.\nProduce VM tools, window displays, mock-ups, and related materials.\nEstablish production timelines and maintain budget control in collaboration with external partners.\nWork closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.\nFinancial and Administrative Management:\nMonitor internal and external project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.\nManage the administrative aspects of the SD & VM department.\nCreate purchase orders and track actual versus budgeted vendor costs.\nGenerate monthly budget reports for finance teams and maintain project documentation.\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum 8 years of experience in retail design for luxury brands as an in-house project manager.\nProven project management skills.\nSelf-motivated with a strong desire to expand knowledge and expertise.\nExperience developing and negotiating project scopes and budgets with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work autonomously while managing multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
