Auf Grund einer Nachfolge, suchen wir nach eine/r Produktionsmitarbeiter/in - 90 % - Dauernachtschicht für unseren Standort in Lachen, Kanton Schwzy.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bestücken von Produktionsanlagen mit den erforderlichen Komponenten
  • Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktionsanlagen
  • Verpacken und Zusammenstellen unserer Produkte gemäss Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Kontroll- und Sichtprüfungen während des Produktionsprozesses
  • Unterstützung bei einfachen Umstellungen von Produktionsanlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei Linienfreigaben und In-Prozess-Kontrollen
  • Sicherstellen des korrekten Materialeinsatzes gemäss Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung der Linienführung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Einarbeitung und Unterstützung von neuen sowie temporären Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen von Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Einhaltung aller Sicherheits-, Hygiene-, GMP- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Schulbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • GMP-Erfahrung in der Kosmetik-, Lebensmittel- oder Pharmaproduktion von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsanlagen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude an praktischer Arbeit
