Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.\nEngage in solutions-based communication with clients.\nInterface directly with warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and receipts.\nProcess transactions in Warehouse management system to complete receipts/ shipments/ inventory transfers.\nPerform cycle counts in the warehouse and investigate any inventory discrepancies.\nAdhere to Warehousing best practices and standard operating procedures.\nMay assist in moving freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, or delivery vehicles or containers by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment once authorized when requested for business needs.\nDrive continuous improvement within the organization through collaboration with site managers.\nProficient in the warehouse management system WMS.\nIdentify trends, key issues, and successes through data analysis and customer feedback.\nRecognize opportunities for enhancing and expanding EFW Warehousing client relationships.Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently.\nProvide prompt and professional customer service to new leads and prospects.\nProactively engage customers to build rapport and ask for new opportunities.\nFollow up opportunities to receive feedback and continuously improve process.\nAct as a liaison between clients, warehouse operations and administration.\nCoordinate with appropriate operations personnel to source transportation for secured moves.\nWork with operations personnel to make sure specific client expectations are met.\nProvide client with proactive notification of deliveries or service issues to ensure continuous communication.\nDirect drivers to appropriate docks.\nHandle data entry of orders, receipts, shipments and BOLs.\nAssist with resolving client issues.\nContinually develop market and industry knowledge to facilitate success.\nLook for ways to continuously improve processes.\nDevelop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nThe qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.\nMay be required to operate forklifts or pallet jacks once authorized if required for business needs.\nMust have excellent written and oral communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and close attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and remain self-motivated with minimal direct supervision.\nAbility to write comprehensive and detailed business correspondence.\nAbility to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts.\nAbility to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis.\nAbility to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.\nMust pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check.\nMust be eligible to work in the United States.\nAt this time, EFW Warehousing will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.\nEFW Warehousing offers an opportunity to grow and develop your career in an environment that provides a fulfilling workplace for employees, creates an environment for continuous learning, and embraces the ideas and diversity of others.
