The role will manage the planning, design and delivery of fit for purpose residential aged care projects, while monitoring and reporting on progress according to established parameters for budget, quality and program.\nThe Estia Health portfolio is national and the role will require travel.\nThe ideal person will have:\nRelevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.\nDemonstrated experience in a Project Manager role, with a proven track record delivering medium to large-scale capital works, construction, or refurbishment projects.\nStrong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including familiarity with state-based building codes, planning requirements, and approval frameworks.\nThe ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nThe ability to solve problems and meet deadlines by applying a resourceful “can do” attitude and be able to successfully interpret project briefs and adopt specific requirements to each project.\nExperience managing project budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.\nStrong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.\nBenefits available:\nRetail savings with the Blue Light Card\nDiscounted car hire\nEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family\nFree Wellbeing App to support your mental and physical health\nNovated leasing for vehicles\nWorkplace banking support\nACN membership discounts for nurses\nDiscounted health insurance with nib health\nDiscounted JB HiFi\nEstia Health is committed to embracing diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplaces.
