project scoping, planning/scheduling of internal and external resources, estimating, and building project timelines.\nEnhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.\nSupervise, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the creative team in order to ensure the overall efficiency of daily operations\nKeep abreast of emerging design trends and technologies and share learnings with the team.\nCultivate productive relationships with department, account
