Responsibilities 1\nCoordinate design activities between various engineering disciplines and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.\nManage the design process, including scheduling, tracking progress, and resolving design-related issues to meet project milestones.\nEnsure design deliverables meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements through reviews and audits.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.\nFacilitate collaboration and communication between internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.\nManage design changes and revisions, including assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and budget, and obtaining necessary approvals.\nIdentify design risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues and minimize project disruptions.\nMonitor design-related costs, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize project budgets.\nServe as a primary point of contact for clients regarding design-related matters, providing updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency within the design coordination process to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nEnsures the quality of design documents and coordination of all disciplines.\nEnsures that the design deliverables meets the Authorities requirements.\nEnsures to manage the interior design process (RFP, bids review, appointing of ID, ID design deliverables).\nEnsures to manage the coordination process between the ID and the AOR and ensure the deliverables are on time for each.\nEnsures to obtain the required control samples form the ID and handover to the project technical manager along with ID deliverables.\nEnsures to coordinate with procurement, estimation & the client to ensure that ID material are approved, technically accepted, available and value engineered within the budget.\nEnsures that the deliverables of the specialty consultants are integrated in the lead consultant design deliverables with no conflict.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nUnderstanding of engineering concepts and design fundamentals across various disciplines.\nProject Management: Skills in project coordination, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure efficient design processes.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with design software and tools used in the industry for creating and reviewing technical drawings and documents.\nAbility to analyze design challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions to overcome obstacles during the design process.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in
