Team Leadership & Service Delivery\nLead, coach, and manage Digital Workspace Officers and Specialists to ensure efficient service operations.\nAllocate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure SLA compliance across support services.\nBuild a customer-focused, high-performing support culture.\n2. Digital Workplace Operations\nOversee support for collaboration platforms, endpoint devices, virtual desktops, email, and productivity tools.\nEnsure reliable daily operations for Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related services.\nResolve escalated incidents and complex technical issues promptly.\n3. Compliance, Governance & Audit Readiness\nEnforce hardware, software, asset management, and endpoint compliance standards.\nEnsure adherence to organizational governance frameworks, policies, and audit requirements.\nMaintain accurate records, controls, and readiness for internal or external reviews.\n4. Automation & Self-Service Enablement\nIdentify automation opportunities within workspace support processes and repetitive service desk tasks.\nPartner with automation teams to implement self-service workflows, chatbots, and RPA solutions.\nDrive measurable productivity gains through digital service automation.\n5. User Experience & Adoption\nMonitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) metrics and recommend targeted improvements.\nPromote adoption of workplace tools through training, awareness, and best-practice campaigns.\nImprove collaboration, mobility, and user satisfaction across the enterprise.\nJob Responsibilities 2\n6. Device Lifecycle & Technology Management\nOversee deployment, refresh, onboarding, and lifecycle management of end-user devices including emerging hardware technologies.\nEnsure compatibility, security, and performance optimization of workplace devices.\nCoordinate standards with infrastructure and security teams.\n7. Reporting & Continuous Improvement\nProduce dashboards covering SLA performance, compliance status, automation impact, and user trends.\nProvide insights and recommendations for service optimization and operational excellence.\nTrack ROI from workplace transformation initiatives.\n8.
