budgetary constraints.\nConduct quality inspections and audits of electrical installations and equipment, identifying deficiencies, deviations from standards, and opportunities for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.\nCoordinate the procurement, storage, and inventory management of electrical materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supply, proper storage, and compliance with project specifications.\nProvide technical expertise and support to electricians and technicians, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, and recommending solutions to ensure effective problem resolution.\nEnforce safety protocols, procedures, and regulations on-site, conducting safety inspections, promoting safe work practices, and addressing safety concerns to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.\nMaintain accurate records of electrical work, including work orders, inspections, test reports, and equipment maintenance logs, and generate reports to track progress, document issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.\nCoordinate electrical work with other trades, contractors, and stakeholders involved in MEP projects, ensuring proper sequencing, integration, and coordination of electrical systems with mechanical, plumbing, and other building systems.\nProvide training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to electricians and technicians, promoting skill development, knowledge enhancement, and career advancement within the electrical team.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nComprehensive understanding of electrical systems, components, and equipment used in MEP operations, including wiring, circuits, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.\nKnowledge of building codes, electrical regulations, and industry standards relevant to MEP operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance requirements.\nProficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics to understand project specifications, identify electrical requirements, and coordinate installations effectively.\nStrong troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical problems, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions, minimizing downtime and ensuring the reliability of electrical systems.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team, communicate instructions and expectations clearly, and collaborate with other trades and project stakeholders to achieve common objectives.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.\n Job Experience\nMinimum 5 year(s)
