This role develops, manages, and coordinates the overall functioning of administrative support systems for the Business Unit as well as service providers which includes office management, facilities management, development and maintenance of policies and procedures, travel, and staff management.\nJob Responsibilities 1\nWork closely with the Group Human Resources in the development of the business’s overall human resources strategies to guarantee the implementation of HR best practice Facilitates communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.\nManage the overall management and development of all aspects of HR and Talent Management for the Company, including:\nLead in planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, and diversity and compensation programs.\nProvide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.\nMonitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales\nDesign and develops HR training programs for management and employees.\nStay abreast of, and inform leadership and teams of updates to employee policies and corporate standards\nMaintain a human resources system to manage employee and organization records and information with a high level of confidentiality\nConsults with management and employees on equal employment opportunity issues and charges.\nAdminister performance and salary review programs to retain and develop talent and ensure fair distribution of compensation and employee incentives.\nConduct performance management system, collaborating with line managers in performance review terms.\nAssist with the development and progression of employee performance standards and expectations. Coordinate and track the annual performance review and performance goal-setting process.\nDevelop and oversee new employee orientation and training programs.\nEstablish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering, and measuring learning and development.\nEnsure training activities meet and integrate with Company strategies and policies.\nManage a training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, Knowledge & Skills\nPossess extensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.\nStrong analytical skills are essential for evaluating HR metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and practices.\nProficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and HR technology enables effective management of employee data, payroll processing, and reporting.\nExperience in process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Management, enhances the ability to streamline HR processes and drive operational efficiency.\nLeadership and team management skills are vital for leading a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the smooth functioning of
