The role coordinates, implements,\nevaluates and analyzes HSE activities at the site to ensure HSE Target and objectives are measured and\nachieved.\n Job Roles & Responsibilities\nMonitor, maintain and reports on contractor safety and compliance requirements.\nCoordinate all compliance requirements to the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and\nProject HSE Management Programme.\nAdvise the Project Manager and Supervisory Staff with regards to accident prevention and improvement\nrelated to work methods.\nMonitor staff to evaluate if health and safety laws are being followed.\nAssess equipment and machinery to gauge if they are in safe, working order.\nInvestigate on-site accidents.\nCreate plans to improve health and safety in the workplace.\nEducate staff on health and safety protocols.\nAssist the Sr. QHSE Manager to collate and analyze the business units’ monthly QHSE report and issue the QHSE KPI\nperformance monitoring report.\nParticipate in Cluster QHSE Inspection and audit.\nAssist the Sr. QHSE Manager in the coordination of corrective actions in response to audits and inspections.\nMaintain internal and external relations for the effective and efficient achievement of QHSE goals.\nCoordinate with the business unit in identifying the trainings needs, assist in developing the training program and ensure the effectiveness of the trainings provided.\nAssist the Sr. QHSE Manager in developing the QHSE Management System and document control.\nDevelop, prepare, and maintain of logs and registers required by QHSE Department.\nEnsure Cluster QHSE policies, procedures, processes, and work instructions are distributed to all business units.\nDocument the minutes of meetings and highlights of QHSE Management System.\nReport to management on QHSE system performance and where improvements are needed.\nAdditional Job Roles & Responsibilities\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge\nUnderstanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance in the workplace.\nAbility to conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement controls to minimize workplace incidents and accidents.\nProficiency in investigating accidents and incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nExperience in developing and delivering HSE training programs to employees to raise awareness and promote safe work practices.\nStrong communication skills to effectively communicate HSE policies, procedures, and requirements to employees and stakeholders, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
