HSE Manager is considered as accident prevention manager in site.\n Job Responsibilities 1\nDevelop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\nConduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend control measures to mitigate potential incidents.\nProvide leadership and guidance to HSE teams, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.\nLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance.\nDevelop and deliver HSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and environmental responsibilities.\nMonitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics, track trends, and analyze data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.\nLiaise with regulatory agencies, clients, and external stakeholders on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.\nPrepare HSE reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, communicating key findings and recommendations.\nDrive continuous improvement in HSE performance through the implementation of best practices, lessons learned, and feedback mechanisms.\nProvide strategic guidance to senior management on HSE-related risks, opportunities, and initiatives, contributing to overall business success and sustainability.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\n Job Knowledge & Skills\nKnowledge in Health, safety and Environmental management principles and processes. Knowledge in risk\nassessment and management principles and processes. Knowledge in construction practices across State of\nQatar. Knowledge in ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.Knowledge of international and local HSE legislation ( Legal\nand other Requirement).Knowledge in integrated management system.
