operations, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and structured IT service management practices.\nJob Responsibilities 1\nCloud, Hybrid & Platform Operations\nManage day-to-day operations of Microsoft Azure, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, security, scalability, cost efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.\nProvision, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure services including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, load balancing, identity and access, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security controls.\nAdminister enterprise Linux platforms such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu, covering installation, configuration, user and permission management, patching, hardening, service management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.\nSupport core on-premises infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, virtualization platforms, server hardware, storage, backup, and related enterprise services.\nAIOps, Observability & Automation\nImplement AIOps capabilities using AI-assisted monitoring, event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, intelligent alerting, incident triage, capacity forecasting, and automated remediation to improve reliability and reduce MTTD and MTTR.\nDevelop operational automation and scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to automate provisioning, health checks, patching, compliance validation, reporting, incident response, and repetitive infrastructure tasks.\nImplement observability across infrastructure platforms by collecting and analyzing metrics, logs, events, and alerts using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent monitoring tools.\nKubernetes, Containers & Infrastructure as Code\nDeploy, administer, and support Kubernetes and container platforms, including cluster health, nodes, namespaces, workloads, ingress, storage, networking, upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of containerized services.\nBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation using Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible, ensuring repeatable, controlled, documented, and version-managed infrastructure deployment.\nSupport infrastructure DevOps practices through Git-based source control, code reviews, basic CI/CD pipelines, automated validation, and controlled deployment of infrastructure code using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or equivalent platforms.\nIT Service Management, Security & Compliance\nPerform incident, problem, and change management activities, including advanced troubleshooting, service restoration, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and escalation in line with SLAs and ITSM processes.\nMaintain security and operational compliance through patch management, vulnerability remediation, access control, privileged-access governance, configuration hardening, certificate management, backup validation, and disaster recovery testing.\nMonitor infrastructure capacity and cloud consumption, identify rightsizing and cost-optimization opportunities, and support governance through tagging, budgets, utilization reporting, and lifecycle controls.\nCollaboration, Projects & Documentation\nCollaborate with security, network, application, database, cloud, and service management teams to deliver infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, migrations, operational improvements, and production support.\nMaintain accurate architecture diagrams, asset and Skills\nCloud Operations & Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure, cloud operations, governance, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, security, cost optimization, and hybrid-cloud environments.\nLinux Administration & Platform Engineering: Strong Linux administration capability across RHEL and Ubuntu environments, including troubleshooting,
