1\nProvide technical support in respect to mechanical engineering discipline activities for potential investments, and determine the different phases, scope, budget, quality, and time.\nSupport the Investment Implementation Department for all procurement, investment control functions and commercial aspects of the investment in respect to mechanical engineering discipline activities.\nProvide technical inputs in his experience to all HQ and site organization in accordance with the terms of the contract and advise taking of all measures necessary for the performance of the works.\nBe authorized to represent in dealing of all mechanical engineering discipline activities with the client and third parties, making statements and representations in connection with negotiations with the client.\nProvide technical, operational, and managerial leadership for successful development and implementation of the investment.\nOversee all implementation of investments that are in line with the original plans and forecasts related to mechanical engineering discipline activities.\nDevelop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.\nPlan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.\nManage the key stakeholder’s communication and requirements mainly the client, Joint Venture members (if any) and leading entities for mechanical engineering discipline matters.\nSupport that investment mechanical engineering discipline activities operate within the policies and procedures and comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards.\nAccountable on investment budget and baseline development for technical inputs.\nContribute to decision making cycle through preparing consolidated reports and address any specific challenges, risks, and mitigations about mechanical engineering discipline matters.\nJob Responsibilities 2\nWork with functional managers in the development, implementation and operation phase in HQ and site organizations.\nReview and approve all mechanical design activities of the investments.\nManaging risks of all investments related to mechanical engineering discipline matters to avoid delays or reputational damage.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nProficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.\nIn-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nLeadership and team management experience.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.\nJob Experience\nMinimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a
