select suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, delivery time, and technical capabilities.\nNegotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and achieve cost savings.\nMonitor supplier performance, conducting regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with contract terms and quality standards.\nResolve issues and disputes with suppliers, addressing quality issues, delivery delays, and other concerns to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and communication to support long-term partnerships.\nAnalyze market trends, conduct supplier research, and stay informed about industry developments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.\nMaintain accurate procurement records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nJob Responsibilities
