To plan, implement, evaluate and\nanalyze HSE activities at site to ensure HSE Target and objectives are measured and achieved.\nJob Roles & Responsibilities\nDevelop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\nConduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend control measures to mitigate potential incidents.\nProvide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.\nLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance.\nDevelop and deliver HSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and environmental responsibilities.\nMonitor and evaluate HSE performance indicators, track trends, and analyze data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.\nLiaise with regulatory agencies, clients, and external stakeholders on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.\nPrepare HSE reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, communicating key findings and recommendations.\nDrive continuous improvement in HSE performance through the implementation of best practices, lessons learned, and feedback mechanisms.\nProvide leadership and mentorship to junior HSE staff, fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the organization.\nAdditional Job Roles & Responsibilities\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge\nKnowledge of all relevant safety regulations, procedures and instructions. Knowledge in Qatar and\nInternational Safety Standards. Knowledge in integrated management system. Knowledge of current and\nproposed applicable environmental regulations. High level of working knowledge and experience with regulatory\nrequirements. Certified Fire Safety/ Engineering from a recognized institution.
