Ensures that jobs are completed efficiently and within regulatory guidelines and projected deadlines.\nJob Responsibilities 1\nDevelop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities.\nOversee the maintenance team, including technicians, contractors, and vendors, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.\nPlan and schedule preventive maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability and lifespan.\nCoordinate with production, operations, and other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks, address urgent issues, and support operational needs.\nMonitor maintenance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.\nManage maintenance budgets, expenditures, and contracts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and compliance with financial targets.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.\nEvaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance maintenance efficiency, productivity, and safety.\nProvide technical expertise and support to resolve complex maintenance issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.\nCollaborate with senior management to develop long-term maintenance strategies, capital investment plans, and continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational objectives.\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nKnowledge of safety and legal requirements, regulations, and all applicable laws.
