site visits and inspections to assess project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.\nCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials and equipment necessary for project implementation.\nOversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and project manuals.\nLead project meetings, communicate project status updates, and address any concerns or issues raised by project team members or stakeholders.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project team members, fostering their professional development and growth.\nEnsure the successful completion of mechanical projects, including commissioning, testing, and closeout, and facilitate the transition and
