from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with other disciplines and stakeholders.\nProvide technical guidance and expertise in MEP systems design, installation, and operation, resolving complex engineering challenges as they arise.\nEnsure the quality and integrity of MEP designs and installations through thorough reviews, inspections, and testing protocols.\nLead and mentor a team of MEP engineers and designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of performance.\nCollaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure MEP equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules.\nIdentify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP systems, addressing their concerns, and providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing MEP systems design, installation, and operation.\nStay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in MEP engineering, implementing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nComprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design principles, installation methods, and operational requirements.\nMastery of engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP modeling software for designing and analyzing MEP systems.\nFamiliarity with building codes, regulations, and standards governing MEP systems, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international requirements.\nStrong project management abilities to oversee MEP projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other disciplines and stakeholders.\nExcellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to MEP systems, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.\n Job Experience\nMinimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant
