timelines.\nSupervise activities on-site, including scheduling labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.\nMonitor project progress, identifying potential delays, risks, and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.\nConduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.\nPrepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, to maintain accurate records.\nCommunicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.\nManage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and forecasting expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance project delivery and outcomes.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among project teams and subcontractors.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment
