To ensure all expenditure is kept to a minimum and all revenue is maximized as early\nas possible all without compromising Employer/Subcontractor relationship.\nJob Responsibilities 1\nObtain and expand knowledge base on all Civil and Building related matters as relate to specific projects.\nAdminister subcontractors and use of Company procedures.\nFollow up with site construction team and technical team for collecting the progress details.\nObtain and expand knowledge base on all QS related matters related to specific projects. Through the\nachievement of this all commercial and contractual matter.\nEnsure to manage Client Site Instructions and Variation Orders.\nEnsure that payment application is submitted to the Employer, no later than the due date.\nEnsure that Cash Flow and Budget Preparation including regular monitoring at least once per month.\nJob Responsibilities 2\nEnsure Contractual and Commercial Support and Correspondence “Letter Writing”.\nEnsure the preparation of backup documentation and justification required for Client Instructions and / or interim Valuations.\nEnsure to complete and submit monthly cost value reconciliations, cost to complete reports and profitability projections within 1 week of the Valuation submission.\nEnsure to place Subcontracts on Standard approved terms and Templates, and at a lesser amount as reflected in the allowable.\nEnsure that all interim applications are received on time from the Subcontractors and included into KCT applications and submitted on time to the Employer.\nEnsure that payment certificates for Subcontractors are valued no more than the value applied for “or” certified from the Client, and processed on time.\nEnsure that all Packages preparation and Tendering Procedures are conformed with, and correctly coordinated.\nEnsure all changes to the scope of the works are accompanied by signed off Variation Orders and payment /\ndeduction is secured from the Client / Project Manager and Back to Back with the Main Contract.\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\n Job Knowledge & Skills\nExperience in the use of computer based quantification and knowledge in using systems such as CCS\n(Candy).\nKnowledge in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power point, outlook express\netc.).Experience in the optimal use of AutoCAD for Quantity Takeoff.\nKnowledge in preparation of Bill of Quantities with standard method of measurement.\nKnowledge in Principles of Measurement (International) 1979, NRM2 CESSMMIII, QSSM, QCS, FIDIC\nKnowledge in using Microsoft office Applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint etc.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.\n Job Experience\nMinimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus\nCompetencies\nResilience\nAI Fluency\nQuality_321977507\nLeadership_321977503\nContract Administration L3_323745068\nPayments -
