process optimizations.\nLead the development and launch of new products.\nReformulate existing products to meet changing consumer preferences and regulatory requirements.\nConduct research and development activities to improve product quality, taste, and shelf life.\nDevelop and optimize product formulations and processing techniques.\nEnsure products meet all internal and external quality, safety, and regulatory standards.\nProvide technical guidance to the team and foster a collaborative and innovative environment.\nOversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept generation to product launch.\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nStrong understanding of food science principles, food processing techniques, and quality control.\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements and food safety standards.\nStrong technical expertise in food product development, particularly dairy and related products.\nProven track record in successful product launches and process optimizations.\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for food products.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP\nJob Experience\nMinimum 8 years
