The Lead Quantity Surveyor also coordinates with stakeholders to ensure financial objectives and contractual obligations are met.\nJob Responsibilities 1\nPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.\nDevelop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.\nDraft, review, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements.\nIdentify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects through thorough analysis and strategic planning.\nOversee the procurement process, including the selection of contractors and suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.\nImplement effective cost control measures and monitor project expenses to prevent cost overruns.\nGenerate regular financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting budget status, variances, and forecasts.\nAssess and manage the financial impact of project changes and variations, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on financial and contractual matters.\nEnsure that all financial practices adhere to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nProficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control techniques for construction projects.\nIn-depth knowledge of contract law, administration, and negotiation within the construction industry.\nStrong analytical abilities to assess financial risks, manage costs, and generate accurate financial reports.\nFamiliarity with construction management software and tools for cost estimation and financial tracking.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and ensure project financial objectives are met.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.\n Job Experience\nMinimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus.\nCompetencies\nAgility\nAI Fluency\nContract Administration L3_323745068\nLeadership_321977503\nPayments -
