They play a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining accurate records, and upholding safety and regulatory compliance standards within the logistics department.\nJob Responsibilities 1\nEnsure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals.\nAssist in developing logistics programme along with support plans, budget requirements and organization timelines for new operations.\nMaintain and manage relations with warehouses, carriers, customs broker, and customers.\nNegotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals.\nEnsure that all parties are working together to guarantee that shipments are packed, sent and delivered in a timely manner.\nDevelop logistics programme along with support plans, budget requirements and organization timelines for new operations.\nAssist in the evaluation of potential logistic suppliers and appropriate delivery management booking systems.\nCoordinate and present logistics support to ongoing operations.\nAssist in developing and executing tools and methodologies to enable effective implementation of logistic plans.\nAssist in designing and developing standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.\nPlan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.\nComply with all applicable Company directives, policies, and procedures.\nEnsure the organization’s safety policies are strictly followed.\nAssist in developing and maintaining logistic process documentation.\n Job Responsibilities 2\nEstablish and manage relations with warehouses, carriers, customs broker, and customers.\nEnsure customers receives their products/materials in a timely manner and good condition.\nCommunicate effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.\nEnsure to develop methods of stock control, closely monitors warehousing management, and regularly submits situation reports on stocks, equipment and prepositioned goods.\nEnsure to plan site set-up to move labor, plant, and materials around site efficiently (e.g., hoarding, gates, site accommodation, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy, catering).\nEnsure to plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people.
