The role drives best value from suppliers and subcontractors.\nJob Responsibilities 1\nTo carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.\nPrepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts.\nMeasure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.\nProvide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.\nPrepare submit and negotiate project final accounts.\nCommercial vetting of sub contractor tenders and contracts.\nCertification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.\nEnsure that business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.\nAssist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.\nManage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nIn-depth knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and budget management to ensure financial control throughout project lifecycles.\nProficiency in contract administration, including the ability to draft, review, and manage contracts and handle disputes.\nStrong project management capabilities to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.\nExcellent analytical skills for conducting cost analysis, preparing detailed reports, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.\nEffective leadership to manage teams, and superior communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.\n Job Experience\nMinimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus\nCompetencies\nAgility\nAI Fluency\nResilience\nQuality_321977507\nLeadership_321977503\nContract Administration L3_323745068\nPayments -
