To drive best value from suppliers and\nsubcontractors.\nJob Roles & Responsibilities\nTo carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.\nPrepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts.\nMeasure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.\nProvide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of\ncorrespondence.\nPrepare submit and negotiate project final accounts.\nCommercial vetting of sub contractor tenders and contracts.\nCertification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.\nEnsure that business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.\nAssist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.\nManage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable.\nAdditional Job Roles & Responsibilities\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge\nAccurate monthly forecasting, and ability to challenge resources and costs. Relevant commercial experience preferably with\na contracting organisation.Practical approach, logical thought process and a methodical way of working.A\ncreative, strategic and innovative approach to problem-solving. Extensive experience of drafting effective\ncontractual correspondence and the facilitation of collaborative solutions. Demonstrable financial and\ncommercial acumen. Demonstrable legal, contractual and construction knowledge and experience.
