standards and contractual obligations.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries, and offering recommendations to enhance their holiday experience.\nDevelop detailed travel itineraries tailored to each client's interests and requirements, ensuring all activities and logistics are coordinated effectively and efficiently.\nManage holiday budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring all expenditures stay within agreed-upon limits while maximizing value for clients.\nHandle any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the holiday, such as flight delays, hotel issues, or itinerary changes, and implement timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.\nAssist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, and ensure compliance with relevant travel regulations and requirements.\nStrive to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional customer service, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized recommendations and assistance throughout the holiday planning process.\nSolicit feedback from clients post-holiday to evaluate their satisfaction levels, gather insights for improvement, and identify opportunities to enhance the holiday planning and booking experience.\nStay updated on travel trends, destination offerings, and industry best practices to continually improve holiday packages, services, and customer satisfaction levels.\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional in travel industry practices, trends, and regulations, including familiarity with booking systems, travel insurance, and visa requirements.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations and assistance.\nStrong organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings, coordinate complex travel itineraries, and ensure all arrangements are executed seamlessly.\nAbility to troubleshoot issues, anticipate potential challenges, and implement solutions promptly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience for clients.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.\n Job Experience\nMinimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3
