Handle end to end projects encompassing planning, design, estimation, scope\ndefinition, finalization of techno-commercial aspects and laying down of quality standards.\nJob Responsibilities 1\nInspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.\nSupervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors.\nEducate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.\nEnforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.\nHandle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.\nMaintain an accurate record of construction employee attendance.\nEvaluate the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.\nAnalyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nComprehensive understanding of construction principles, techniques, and methodologies, including knowledge of structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.\nProficiency in project management concepts and practices, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to effectively plan, execute, and monitor construction projects.\nStrong technical skills in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, and familiarity with construction software and tools for accurate project analysis and documentation.\nAbility to identify issues, analyze problems, and propose effective solutions in a dynamic construction environment, demonstrating critical thinking and analytical skills to overcome challenges.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients, facilitating collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring project objectives are met.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP
