high-quality engineering solutions.\nManage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.\nProvide expert technical guidance and support to design and engineering teams.\nDevelop and enforce design standards, procedures, and best practices.\nOversee quality assurance processes to ensure all designs meet industry standards and client requirements.\nAllocate resources effectively to support design and technical projects.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure cohesive project execution.\nDrive innovation in design methodologies and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with design and technical projects.\nPromote continuous improvement initiatives within the design and technical teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\nSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies\nJob Responsibilities 2\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\nAdvanced Knowledge in engineering principles, techniques, policies, and procedures.\nExcellent knowledge of material engineering properties and local/global availability of materials with excellent technical skills and ability to organize and oversee preparation of technical drawings.\nKnowledge of Project Management.\nERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to
