environment.\nJob Responsibilities 1\nWarehouse Operations Supervision\nSupervise daily warehouse activities to support the safe and efficient storage and retrieval of products and materials in line with operational and customer demand.\nCoordinate warehouse personnel and activities to maintain smooth operations and compliance with approved policies, procedures and standard operating requirements.\nStorage Facility Utilization and Upkeep\nMaintain the optimum utilization of warehouse storage facilities so available space supports orderly, accessible and efficient inventory handling.\nOversee the upkeep of storage areas and related facilities to preserve safe operating conditions and reliable warehouse performance.\nStocktaking and Inventory Counts\nOrganize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals to verify inventory quantities and record accuracy.\nPerform and coordinate inventory counts, investigate identified variances and support timely correction of inventory records.\nInventory System Data Management\nMaintain the Company’s integrated inventory-management system database to ensure inventory information remains accurate, standardized and complete.\nReview inventory data and supporting records to identify errors and maintain reliable information for warehouse control and operational decision-making.\nInventory Control and Compliance\nManage daily inventory operations and ensure activities comply with approved inventory-control policies and procedures.\nApply warehouse-control and inventory-control practices to safeguard materials, maintain accurate records and support reliable stock availability.\nCustomer Concern Resolution\nLead follow-up on customer concerns relating to warehouse activities, stock or service delivery and coordinate timely resolution.\nIdentify errors and their root causes and implement robust countermeasures to prevent recurrence and support continuous customer service.\nWarehouse Systems and Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with warehouse management to implement warehouse and management systems and integrate relevant best practices.\nMonitor and review operating methods to achieve qualitative and quantitative improvements while maintaining effective customer service.\nJob Responsibilities 2\nRequisition and Reimbursement Processing\nSupervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursement of warehouse codes in accordance with approved requirements.\nComplete and coordinate requisitions for required materials to maintain adequate stock levels and support uninterrupted operations.\nSupply Ordering and Stock Availability\nOrder supplies and goods as needed based on inventory counts, operational requirements and identified stock needs.\nMonitor available stock and coordinate replenishment activities to assure adequate inventory levels are maintained.\nHSE and IMS Support\nSupport the implementation of health, safety and environmental initiatives and ensure warehouse personnel comply with safety and standard operating procedures.\nParticipate in safety-awareness activities and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with Company and Integrated Management System policies.\nAdditional Responsibilities 3\nJob Knowledge & Skills\n\nWarehouse Materials Knowledge: Knowledge of the types and characteristics of materials stored in the warehouse to support appropriate storage, handling and retrieval.\n\nStorekeeping and Warehousing Practices: Practical knowledge of storekeeping and warehousing practices, including the use of relevant software and maintenance of accurate records.\n\nWarehouse and Inventory Control: Knowledge of warehouse control, inventory control and related duties required to maintain reliable stock and orderly operations.\n\nMicrosoft Office and Communication: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications together with good communication skills for effective coordination, recordkeeping and reporting.\n\nERP and SAP Functional Knowledge: Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably including SAP functional capabilities, required to support inventory and warehouse activities.\nJob Experience\n\nOverall Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in warehousing, inventory or a related field.\n\nRelevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant
