you will experiment with the latest AI tooling, build agentic workflows and integrations, and solve problems that have a visible impact on how ESTO operates.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nBuild AI-powered automation - design and ship agentic workflows, integrations, and scripts on our AI stack and internal systems\n\nRemove operational bottlenecks - take ideas from concept to production, understand the problem, design the solution, build it, test it, and iterate\n\nKeep what you ship alive - monitor the automations you and the team own, catch failures before users do, and refine them as inputs, volumes, and processes change\n\nExperiment on the frontier - try new AI capabilities and tooling, and turn the promising ones into practical solutions\n\nSet the standard -
