We move fast, think big, and build solutions that make a real impact on everyday lives.\nAbout the role:\nWe're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own, build, and scale our customer communications from the ground up. You'll design AI-powered agentic flows that research, draft, launch, test, and optimize our emails, SMS, web push notifications, and you'll make sure they move the business.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nBuild, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, web push, in-app messaging\n\nDesign and run agentic workflows, and decide what AI owns and what a human reviews.\n\nBuild reporting and dashboards, including AI-assisted monitoring.\n\nOwn the lifecycle budget: plan, forecast, and justify spend across channels and tooling.\n\nRun the backlog: work with Marketing, Product, Data, Compliance, Creative, Business to prioritise by impact, set expectations, and deliver.\n\nRun experiments and tests to turn the results into the next decision.\n\nWhat We Expect:\nYou've got a marketing brain: you understand customer psychology and you can draft a copy yourself.\n\nYou can run a backlog, say no with data and keep stakeholders informed without drowning them.\n\nYou use AI tools daily and have strong views on what they do well and badly.\n\nYou think in systems, you can break a messy process into steps, add checkpoints where a human has to review.\n\nYou're comfortable with new tools and new workflows, and you don't wait for instructions.\n\nYou thrive in \"do more with less\" environments, where automation is how a small team gets leverage.\n\nNice to have\nCustomer IO, Claude AI, Rudderstack, Mixpanel, Databricks;\n\nSMS, WhatsApp / Viber, web push, in-app messaging;\n\nBudget forecasting;\n\nIncrementality, attribution,
