We move fast, think big, and build solutions that make a real impact on everyday lives.\nAbout the role:\nESTO is hiring an Offline Store Partnership Manager for Lithuania - a field-based role managing our offline retail network, relationship-driven, hands-on training, and data-informed growth. Great fit for someone who's equal parts people-person and analyst, comfortable on the road and behind a dashboard.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOwn your merchants\n\n- You'll be in charge of every physical store in Lithuania where ESTO is offered.\n- You'll call and visit store owners to find out why some aren't using ESTO much (or less than before) - then fix it.\n- Your goal: grow sales every single month.\nTrain and support stores\n\n- Visit stores to check how they're doing and train staff on the spot.\n- Onboard new merchants and give them everything they need to get started.\n- For smaller stores, you'll send updated materials and train cashiers over video call.\n- Make sure every cashier knows how to use ESTO and has the right promo materials - lots of big stores already have the equipment but aren't using it enough, and that's the gap you'll close.\nRun the bonus program\n\n- Manage cashier bonus payouts and run cashier competitions.\nTrack and report results\n\n- Own the offline sales dashboard\n- Dig into the data: compare store traffic to actual ESTO usage, figure out why applications get rejected, and suggest other ESTO products that could help.\n- Weekly: report your visit plans, what worked (and what didn't).\n- Monthly: summarize which stores improved, which didn't (and why), and what changes could boost approval rates.\nWhat We Expect:\nFluent Lithuanian with strong communication skills -
