As a Product Builder, you turn real customer and merchant problems into working products: talk to users, prototype with AI, ship what you can yourself and hand engineers a clear spec for the rest.\nThis is not a classic product owner role. You join our Business or Personal team, depending on fit, and report to the team lead.\nThis role is not for everyone. We want a few exceptional builders who move fast, sweat the details and care about quality as much as speed. If you'd rather ship it than talk about it, keep reading.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nTake ideas from problem to production - discovery, prototype, spec, launch and follow-up, without waiting for a brief\n\nBuild with AI every day - prototype flows, build internal tools, automate analysis and ship smaller changes yourself\n\nWork closely with engineers and designers - know when to build it yourself and when to hand it over\n\nTalk to customers and merchants - get insights first-hand and test with real users before and after launch\n\nOwn the numbers - define success before you build, run experiments and act on the results\n\nSweat the details - test edge cases, copy and UI across all three markets. Nothing goes live half-done\n\nWhat We Expect:\nExperience: 2+ years in product, growth, design, analysis or a technical role, preferably in fintech or e-commerce\n\nAI-native builder: you build with AI tools daily (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) and can show what you have shipped. If you think AI is underhyped, this is the place for you\n\nTechnical fluency (no engineering background required): you understand web apps, APIs and databases, can read code and get a prototype live; basic SQL is a plus\n\nProduct mindset: you start from the customer problem and know how you will measure success\n\nSpeed with quality: fast but never sloppy; you spot the broken edge case before anyone else\n\nStrong communicator: clear written specs and updates in English\n\nOwnership mentality: self-directed, finishes what you start\n\nNice to have: checkout, BNPLor lending experience; knowledge of the Baltic markets; Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian or Russian language skills\n\nShow us what you've built\nA link beats a long CV. Add something you have built - a live product, prototype, internal tool, repo or short video walkthrough - and tell us in two sentences what problem it solves.
