Our capabilities include Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, IT strategy and enterprise architecture, project management, custom development, business architecture, training, and ongoing support.\nPosition Overview\nPM61 is seeking experienced Project Managers to support client engagements on an on-demand basis. Project Managers will lead the planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of business and technology initiatives, ensuring projects are completed with clear scope, effective communication, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes.\nAssignments may include CRM and ERP implementations, systems integration, business transformation, custom development, process improvement, data migration, enterprise architecture, and organizational-change initiatives.\nThis role is well suited to a project professional who can work independently, lead distributed teams, manage competing priorities, engage confidently with stakeholders, and adapt quickly to different client environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and discovery through implementation, transition, and closeout.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, success measures, and governance requirements.\nDevelop and maintain project charters, work plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, status reports, and implementation roadmaps.\nCoordinate internal consultants, client stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and technical delivery teams.\nManage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, assumptions, and change requests.\nEstablish effective project-management routines, including status meetings, action tracking, reporting, RAID logs, and decision records.\nFacilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive updates.\nMaintain clear communication across business, technical, operational, and leadership teams.\nSupport requirements gathering, solution planning, testing, training, deployment, change management, and post-go-live stabilization.\nCoordinate project hand-offs between sales, consulting, architecture, development, implementation, and support teams.\nMonitor delivery performance, resource utilization, project financials, milestones, and client satisfaction.\nIdentify delivery risks early and implement practical mitigation and recovery plans.\nEnsure project documentation is accurate, current, confidential, and accessible to authorized stakeholders.\nContribute to lessons learned, process improvements, and PM61 delivery standards.\nSupport successful client relationships, repeat business, and long-term account development.\nPotential Project Assignments\nDepending on experience and client requirements, assignments may include:\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 implementations\nSalesforce implementations and CRM modernization\nERP implementation and transformation\nSystems integration and cloud technology projects\nData migration and reporting initiatives\nCustom software-development projects\nEnterprise architecture and IT-strategy engagements\nBusiness-process improvement and operating-model initiatives\nOrganizational change and technology adoption\nPublic-sector and Indigenous-government transformation\nVendor selection, implementation governance, and transition programs\nTraining, support, and managed-service implementations\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nPost-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in project management, business, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.\nAt least five years of experience managing business, technology, consulting, or transformation projects.\nDemonstrated ability to lead projects from initiation through delivery and transition.\nExperience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and stakeholders.\nStrong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including business analysts, architects, developers, testers, vendors, and client representatives.\nExperience preparing project plans, status reports, RAID logs, governance materials, decision records, and executive communications.\nExcellent written, verbal, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nStrong understanding of project governance, change control, quality management, and delivery assurance.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.\nStrong client-service orientation, professional judgment, discretion, and accountability.\nMust be legally entitled to work in Canada and available for remote assignments within Canada.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading CRM, ERP, systems-integration, cloud, data, or custom-development projects.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or comparable enterprise platforms.\nPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent certification.\nExperience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid, or scaled delivery methods.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools.\nExperience managing contractors, implementation partners, and technology vendors.\nExperience with public-sector, Indigenous-government, nonprofit, or enterprise clients.\nExperience in retail, real estate, automotive, transportation, hospitality, construction, mining, or professional services.\nKnowledge of data migration, testing, training, business analysis, change management, or enterprise architecture.\nBilingual or multilingual capability is an asset.\nWorking Model\nThis is a remote, Canada-only, on-demand Project Manager position. Assignments will be offered based on client demand, project requirements, consultant expertise, and availability.\nFor each engagement, PM61 will agree in writing on the project scope, responsibilities, schedule, deliverables, reporting requirements, working hours, and compensation arrangements. Assignments may vary in duration, complexity, and level of responsibility.\nSuccess Measures\nProject Managers will be assessed on:\nDelivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality
