This role supports initiatives such as OT visibility, cybersecurity, asset management, and integration with enterprise platforms while ensuring safety, availability, and regulatory compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOT Domain & System Understanding:\n\n- Document and analyze OT architecture aligned to the Purdue model (Levels 0-5).\n\n- Work with core OT components:\n\n1. Field devices: Sensors, actuators.\n\n2. Control systems: PLCs, RTUs, DCS.\n\n3. Supervisory systems: SCADA, HMI.\n\n4. Operations layer: Historians, engineering workstations.\n\n5. Integration layer: DMZ, gateways, jump servers.\n\n- Capture dependencies across network protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, PROFINET).\n\nRequirements Gathering & Analysis:\n\n- Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements for OT initiatives.\n\n- Translate OT engineer inputs into business-readable deliverables (BRDs, user stories).\n\n- Conduct workshops with plant operations, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.\n\n- Create process flows, use cases, and current/future state architectures.\n\nOT Cybersecurity & Risk Support:\n\n- Support initiatives aligned to NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NERC CIP.\n\n- Capture requirements for:\n\n1. OT asset discovery (e.g., Tenable OT, Claroty, Nozomi).\n\n2. Network segmentation and IDMZ design.\n\n3. Vulnerability management in OT environments.\n\n- Assist in risk assessments, control mapping, and audit readiness documentation.\n\nAsset Visibility & Data Management:\n\n- Define and validate OT asset inventory requirements (non-CMDB environments).\n\n- Ensure data consistency across tools (Tanium, Tenable, ServiceNow CMDB).\n\n- Support reporting and dashboards for OT risk posture.\n\nIntegration & Digital Transformation:\n\n- Gather requirements for integrating OT with enterprise platforms:\n\n1. SIEM (Splunk), data lakes (Snowflake, Databricks).\n\n2. ITSM tools (ServiceNow).\n\n- Support API, gateway, and secure IT/OT integration patterns (Level 3.5 DMZ).\n\nStakeholder & Governance Management:\n\n- Act as liaison between OT engineers, IT teams, vendors, and leadership.\n\n- Manage conflicting priorities (e.g., uptime vs patching).\n\n- Support governance frameworks, change management, and operational workflows.\n\nIncident, Risk & Compliance Support:\n\n- Document incident response workflows for OT environments.\n\n- Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.\n\n- Translate technical risks into executive-level summaries and dashboards.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\nOT / ICS Knowledge (Core):\n\nStrong understanding of:\n\n1. ICS/SCADA environments.\n\n2. PLCs, RTUs, DCS, HMI systems.\n\n3. Industrial networks and protocols.\n\n- Familiarity with Purdue Model & OT segmentation concepts.\n\n- Knowledge of OT constraints (availability, safety-first design).\n\nBusiness Analysis Skills:\n\n Expertise in:\n\n1. Requirements gathering (Agile/Waterfall).\n\n2. Documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria.\n\n3. Process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart).\n\n4. Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.\n\n- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.\n\nSecurity & Compliance:\n\n Exposure to OT cybersecurity tools and frameworks.\n\nUnderstanding of:\n\n1. Vulnerability management in OT.\n\n2. Risk prioritization vs production impact.\n\n- Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives.\n\nData & Reporting:\n\n Ability to define KPIs and metrics for:\n\n1. OT risk posture.\n\n2. Asset coverage and visibility.\n\n- Experience with Power BI / dashboards preferred.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience in industries like energy, utilities, manufacturing, oil & gas.\n\n- Certifications (nice to have):\n\n1. CBAP / CCBA.\n\n2.
