You will working with one of our key clients developing and improving our checkout solutions.\nResponsibilites\nPerform ongoing market and competitor analysis to produce insights into new capabilities and features that would drive growth for our Enterprise Retailers\nProduce business cases to support the prioritisation of new capabilities and features\nWork with key Stakeholders to manage the intake of new requests and communicate updates\nWork with Engineering to build the backlog and ensure we deliver the right features\nWork with Stakeholders across multiple functions to flesh out key requirements, expected outcomes and success KPIs post release\nSupport demos of new features and capabilities with our Retailers\nProduce release and GTM material for new product deliveries\nRelentlessly track feature performance post go live\nFeed improvement suggestions back into the Roadmap\nSupport A/B testing of new capabilities, including producing EO models, tracking A/B test results and compiling recommendations based on test results\nDrive deliver efficiency within the Scrum Team - consistently look at areas of improvement, expedited delivery, enhanced ways of working etc\nIncorporate AI usage into daily tasks as well as feature development\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner and previous experience at a different role\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly for direct client interaction.\nStrong organization and prioritization skills.\nAbility to manage and prioritize the team backlog.\nAbility to bring clarity and direction to a senior engineering team.\nComfortable working with experienced developers and cross-functional stakeholders.\nNice-to-have: A/B testing experience & experience working with analytics or product data.\nNice-to-have: Experience collaborating with UX teams.\nNice-to-have: Experience in Product Discovery\nAbout ESW\nOur purpose is simple: to create moments that matter between people and the brands they cherish.
