This role combines hands-on technical support with ownership of key operational areas like asset management, ticket triage, and documentation. You’ll work closely with the Senior Systems Administrator (USA) and regional IT teams to ensure consistent, scalable support across offices.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Support (L1/L2)\nProvide end-user support for hardware, software, and SaaS (Jira ticketing)\nTroubleshoot workstations, access issues, and basic networking\nSupport onboarding/offboarding (devices, access, setup)\nDeliver onsite/deskside support as needed\nTicketing & Operations\nTriage and manage global Jira tickets (prioritization, assignment, SLAs)\nCollaborate with regional IT teams to maintain coverage\nHelp reduce backlog and support urgent issues\nAsset & Endpoint Management\nOwn and maintain global IT asset inventory (Lansweeper)\nTrack asset lifecycle (procurement → retirement)\nImprove data accuracy, reporting, and standardization\nSoftware & Access Governance\nEnforce approved software standards across endpoints\nTrack software usage and licensing\nAssist with access reviews and audit readiness\nDocumentation & Process Improvement\nMaintain IT knowledge base (runbooks, SOPs, user guides)\nDocument and standardize IT processes globally\nIdentify and recommend operational improvements\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3-5 years in IT support or IT operations\nExperience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune\nFamiliarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools\nExperience with asset management (Lansweeper preferred)\nStrong troubleshooting and deskside support skills\nSolid understanding of endpoint environments (Windows)\nClear documentation and organizational skills\nNice to Have\nExperience improving asset management systems\nBasic scripting (PowerShell, Python)\nReporting tools (Excel, Power BI)\nWhat We’re Looking For\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused\nStrong ownership of systems and data accuracy\nDocumentation-first mindset\nCollaborative and proactive communicator\nCompensation & Benefits\nMXN $21,000 - $29,000 gross/month\nBenefits above law (food vouchers, etc.)\nOnsite - Mexico City\nETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
