This role combines electrical engineering fundamentals with software troubleshooting, requiring strong analytical skills and a passion for power system applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport installation, licensing, and configuration of ETAP software environments\n\nTroubleshoot network communication and software deployment issues\n\nDevelop and execute manual and automated test procedures for ETAP features\n\nIdentify, log, and validate software defects and enhancements\n\nAssist with multi-language deployment environments and system setup\n\nProvide technical support and respond to customer inquiries\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams and report project status\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field\n\nStrong understanding of electrical engineering principles for power systems\n\nExperience troubleshooting network and software environment issues\n\nFamiliarity with Windows OS (10/11) and database systems (SQL Server CE, SQLite)\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Python\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\n\nU.S. Citizenship or permanent residency/work authorization\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCoursework in Power System Analysis (Load Flow, Short-Circuit, etc.)\n\nExperience with software testing or automation\n\nFamiliarity with ETAP software or similar tools\n\nExperience setting up test environments for software deployment\n\nSalary Range:\n65,000.00 - 108,000.00 USD Annual\nThis pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.\nETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
