Interact and assistance to the customer, user, and other ETAP field personnel in the operation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned applications.\nPerform on-site installation and configuration of SCADA-DMS system.\nTrouble shooting: - Testing of SCADA System. Fault finding & troubleshooting during and after the installation Process.\nExperience of making SCADA & DMS Database, Configurations of equipments like Router, RTU, FRTU, MODEM, Firewall etc.\nKey responsibilities\nHands on experience of executing SCADA-ADMS/Industrial/Solar projects.\nExperience in PLC/RTU/RMU/FRTU connectivity.\nExperience in implementing plant Historians and reporting tools.\nExperience in scripting - Python/ C#/ C++/VB.\nExperience in database configuration and stored procedure writing - SQL / any other DB.\nExperience on delivering engineering deliverables like - Control Philosophy, FDS, FAT procedure, SAT Procedure, User Manual, Architecture & HMI Graphics Development etc.\nExperience on establishing for Industrial Network Connectivity in OT Layer\nExperience on Router/managed switch/VLAN configuration with rules/policies. CCNA certification will be added advantage.\nAbility to work independently and handling customer interactions.\nOutstanding verbal and written communications skills\nAbility to analyse the problem and provide solutions.\nHelp create Engineering work processes for development, testing and deployment.\nEssential requirements\nDiploma/bachelor’s degree in Control Systems or Electronic/Electrical/CSE/IT Engineering or equivalent.\n2 to 5 years of experience developing SCADA and network solutions.\nApplicable technical certifications preferred.\nExperience monitoring enterprise systems and installing security applications.\nPrior experience with VMware, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, VBScript and Python.\nUnderstanding of SQL, Mongo, Oracle & Pie databases.\nRelay integration on IEC-61850 protocol. (ABB, Siemens, Micom, Ashida, CGL & Schneider etc)\nProficiency in communicating technical concepts both verbally and in written documentation.\nDesired skills\nPossess 2 to 5 years of experience in automation & SCADA solutions.\nExtensive knowledge of SCADA databases.\nExperience with Communications devices such as modems, Repeaters, GSM, GPRS, Gateway, Routers, Firewalls, Ethernet, and OFC.\nExperience of communications protocols such as DNP3, IEC60870-5-101/104/IEC61850, MODBUS Serial and TCP-IP.\nExperience with RTUs, IED, and PLC’s systems.\nKnowledge of selecting components used in RTU/Control cabinets like power supplies, UPS, batteries, GSM/GPRS/3G/4G Modems, Radio modems, interposing relays, MCBs, various types of terminals/connectors.\nPossess adequate and advanced experience designing SCADA/DMS/ADMS/OMS systems.\nMust have knowledge of PPC & MGC functionality.\nMust have knowledge of relay coordination.\nETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
